Tommy Levasseur is the manager of the Ventura Braves and a former professional baseball player. His focus is now on player development, helping athletes grow their game and prepare for the next level.
Tom Levasseur managed the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes during the 1999 season, leading the team to a 76–64 record in the California League. Under his leadership, the Quakes finished third in their division and reached the playoffs, where they competed in a closely contested postseason series.
Throughout his managerial career, Levasseur worked within professional minor league baseball environments focused on player development and preparation for higher levels of the game. His time managing at the Class A level placed him in a role centered on teaching fundamentals, guiding younger players through the professional system, and helping athletes adjust to the demands of daily competition.

Director of Player Development Tommy LeVasseur brings more than 35 years of professional baseball experience as a player, minor league manager, MLB scout and player-development coach.
His professional career includes managing at the minor league level, scouting for Major League organizations, and working directly with players who went on to compete at the highest level of baseball.
